I do not get any credit for any of this yummy goodness. Troy did it all while I was working on a project for Thea's class (why do they assign homework to the parents...:-). AND the kids took all the pictures too!!!

Wow! Applesauce is impressive, but the photography gets a great big applause too! They looked like their mama's picture style!
I love to make applesauce this time of year... great documentary of the process! Greater still that you were not involved. :) Though you might rather make applesauce than star of the week posters. Ha.
