Connor Prairie and Cousins

While the boys (Troy , Nolan, and Kevin) were in Nebraska for "some big football game", the girls (Raelynn, Brya, Thea, Robin, Amanda, and Alayna) got together for a big day at Connor Prairie. We allowed Flint to hang out with us because he sometimes likes to put headbands on.....:-)

The pics loaded in a weird messed up order but I'm too lazy to fix it all so I'll just put captions on each one. For those of you who don't know what Connor Prairie is.....YOU are missing out!.......it is an awesome living history "museum", prairie town, civil war reenactment and much more. Also, we just happened to be there on the "country fair" weekend so we got in a few extra activities as well.

Outside of the general store (end of day....can you tell?)

Thea working the old pump

Flint thinks that it is hard work to keep up with the girls.

Helping out in prairie town.

Brya watching the little piggies (that were less than a week old)

Feeding the mama pigs

We had some apple slushies (YUM) at the apple store
